Are these physical products?
Most Wonderloom Studio products are digital downloads. Nothing will be shipped unless the listing specifically identifies the item as a physical product.
What will I receive?
Each listing explains the file types, dimensions, quantity, editing options, and software requirements included with that product.
Are all products editable in Canva?
No. Products are editable in Canva only when the listing specifically says so. PNG, JPG, PDF, ZIP, and other files may be supplied as finished assets.
Can I use my purchase commercially?
Only when the product listing or included license grants commercial use. Personal-use products may not be used for resale or commercial projects.
What is the difference between PLR and MRR?
Private Label Rights and Master Resale Rights vary by product. The individual product license explains whether you may edit, rebrand, resell, or pass on resale rights.
Can I use POD designs on products?
Only products marked for print-on-demand or commercial use may be placed on merchandise for sale. You may not resell or redistribute the original digital file unless the license explicitly permits it.
Why do printed colors look different?
Screen settings, printers, inks, paper, and professional print services can produce slight color differences. Print a test page before producing a full project.
Do you accept returns?
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once accessed or downloaded, subject to applicable law. If a file is defective or you have trouble accessing it, please contact us so we can help.
