Standard digital products
Unless a listing grants additional rights, your purchase is for personal use. You may download, print, and customize the product for your own projects. You may not share, copy, redistribute, sublicense, or resell the original files or editable template links.
Commercial-use products
Commercial use is allowed only when clearly stated in the listing or included license. You may create permitted finished end products, but you may not sell or distribute the original source files as-is.
Print-on-demand designs
POD use is permitted only for products specifically labeled with a POD or commercial-use license. You may place an eligible design on finished merchandise for sale. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the standalone artwork file, claim exclusive ownership, or register the artwork as a trademark.
PLR and MRR products
Rights differ by product. Some products may allow editing, rebranding, resale, or the transfer of resale rights; others may restrict these activities. The license delivered with the product defines exactly what is permitted. No rights are granted beyond those written terms.
Prohibited uses
- Sharing or uploading source files to file-sharing, membership, or giveaway platforms unless expressly allowed.
- Reselling standard digital files, graphics, or templates as standalone assets.
- Claiming copyright, exclusivity, or trademark rights in unmodified artwork you did not create.
- Using any product for unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or misleading purposes.
Buyer responsibility
You are responsible for confirming that your intended product names, phrases, and commercial uses do not violate third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
